| 摘 要： | 新形势下医学生临床实习影响因素很多，主要有实习生自身、学校、医院、社会等四个方面因素，笔者把前三个方面归为内在因素，把社会因素归为外在因素。本文主要讨论内在影响因素，也就是实习生自身、学校、医院三者对临床实习效果的影响，并分析原因，找出对策。

| Abstract: | Presently there are a number of factors affecting medical students in their clinical practice, including the university, hospitals, the students themselves as well as the society. The authors think of the first three as internal factors, and the society as external one. This paper attempts to analyze the influence of the former, namely the university, hospitals and the students themselves, then some possible solutions are worked out. |
