| 摘 要： | 医学教育全球最低基本要求的推行，对医学专业人才培养目标提出了更高的要求，也为专业人才培养模式的改革提供了机遇。为使我校的七年制中医学专业教育顺应国际医学教育的发展趋势，培养高素质中医临床人才，我们确立了本专业的培养目标，设置了具有特色的培养方向；在教学过程中，采取了“三段式”教学运行方式，将临床课程见习化，建立全程化的临床实践教学体系，从而进一步提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The global minimum essential requirements（GMER）in medical education have asked for higher requirements in cultivating medical talents and provided an opportunity to reform the professionals＇ training mode and conform to the international trend of developing medical education to cultivate traditional Chinese clinical medical talents with high quality since its implemen- tation. Therefore the training objective with characteristics of our training program has been set up. In the process of practice the ＂three-period＂ training mode has been adopted. Clinical clerkships and full course training system have been applied in order to improve the teaching quality. |
