摘    要:目的:研究分析不同学历护理专业学生的职业认知和情感态度。方法:对我校护理学院437名本科生、高职生、专升本科生进行问卷调研,主要内容包括学生选择护理专业的原因、对护士社会地位评价、对未来职业的态度等14条题目。结果:本科、高职、专升本三个学历层次护生在择业自主性、选择护理专业的原因以及对护士社会地位的评价等方面存在差异,具有统计学意义。结论:不同学历护生职业认知和情感态度有差异。在课堂教学中寓于职业情感教育、临床教师以实例现身教育,以及寻求社会认同与支持等措施有助于培养护生形成正确的职业认知和情感态度。

Abstract:Objective: To research and analyze the professional cognition and affective attitude among the nursing students with different academic background.Method: 437 nursing students who will be awarded the bachelor degree,the associate diploma or the associate to bachelor degree in the department of nursing were investigated by means of questionnaires containing 14 items including the causes of students to choose the major of nursing,the evaluation of the social position of nursing,the attitude to the profession in the future.Results: There are marked differences in the cause of the students to choose the major in nursing,the evaluation of the social position of nursing among the students of different educational background.Conclusion: There are differences in the professional cognition and affective attitude among the nursing students of different academic background.These measures,which will help cultivate the correct professional cognition and affective attitude of the nursing students,include that professional affective education should be offered in school teaching,clinical teachers should add the cases in clinical teaching and social supports should be sought after.
