| 摘 要： | 目的：研究医学生的心理健康状况及特点，为心理健康教育与咨询工作提供针对性建议。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对昆明医学院513名本科生和117名研究生进行测查，对不同群体进行比较。结果：医学生在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子上与全国常人常模有极其显著的差异，心理健康水平在学历、年级、家庭所在地、家庭类型、经济状况变量上存在显著差异。结论：医学生整体心理健康状况良好，应对特殊群体予以关注。
