| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PBL教学法与传统教学模式的教学效果差异。方法:重组妇产科教学大纲,编写临床病例,实施PBL教学模式,采用阶段和期末考试及量表评估的方法分析教学效果。结果:PBL教学模式并不影响学生对基础知识、知识要点和难点的掌握。它能培养学生批判性思维和临床能力,有效地激发学生自发学习动机和效果,提高交流与沟通能力,培养人际交往及协作能力。结论:PBL与传统的医学教育模式相比具有突出的优势。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To discuss the difference of PBL model and traditional education model in obstetrics and gynecology education.Methods: Revision of education outline of obstetrics and gynecology and collection of the PBL cases.The PBL model was performed in education,and the education effect was evaluated by examination and table analysis.Results: PBL model is proved to be better than the traditional education model in clinical thought culture and autonomous study motivation and cooperation ability.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional education model,PBL model is of significance in modern medical education. |
