人体解剖学全程案例讨论式教学的应用与评价

摘    要:目的:对人体解剖学施行全程案例讨论式教学,并对教学效果进行评价.方法:将我校2011届临床专业学生分成两个班,分别为实验班和对照班.实验班人体解剖学课程采用全程案例讨论式教学,对照班采用传统讲授式教学法.分别比较两个班的基础知识测验成绩、案例考核成绩及期末考试成绩.结果:实验班的案例考核成绩和期末考试成绩均高于对照班(P<0.05),但基础知识测验无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:对人体解剖学采用全程案例教学法有助于提高学生的自学能力,对知识的应用能力,提高学习效果.

Abstract:Objective : To apply the whole-class case discussion the approach of the anthropotomy teaching and evaluate the application effect. Methods:The two classes of clinical major was selected, one class is applied to the traditional teaching material as control group, the other class was applied in the whole-class case discussion teaching-approach as experimental group. The basic knowledge test was compared with the case study test and the final examination of the two classes. Results : The scores of case study test and final examination in experimental group are higher than those of the control group(P 〈0.05), but there is no significant differences in the basic knowledge test between the two class; Conclusions:The whole-class case discussion teaching-approach can contribute to enhan- cing the students' self-learning ability, the knowledge-application ability, and the learning effect.
