| Abstract: | Through the interpretation of the professional ability, professional quality, post competency force, combining with the medi- cal education standard, on the basis of the professional quality training target, this paper elaborates on the education system to the fu- ture doctors as the guidance of professional quality and ability, so as to achieve the purpose of training qualified doctors. |
