摘    要:以浙江大学中美远程护理教育项目为例,介绍中外合作办学在办学理念和培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍、教学方法、课程评估、实习五方面的跨文化障碍和策略,并提出加强跨文化教育和管理、慎选合作伙伴、提供良好学习支持服务、加强教学资源建设、采用现代化教学手段的五点启示。

Abstract:Taking the project of Chinese and American distance nursing education of Zhejiang University as an example, this paper introduces the intercultural handicap and strategy in five aspects:school-running idea, training objectives, curriculum, staff, teaching method, clinic practice, and proposes five revelations on reinforcing intercultural education and administration, carefully selecting partners, providing good learning support services, reinforcing teaching resources development and using modernization teaching tools.
