| 摘 要： | PBL教学模式对教师的要求与传统的灌输型教学完全不同，能否真正领会PBL的精髓，并顺利完成从“知识的传授者”到“学习的促进者”的角色转换，对教师来说无疑是极大的挑战。文章归纳与阐述了PBL引导教师的角色和任务，讨论了规范化师资培训的主要内容，并简要介绍了复旦大学上海医学院在这方面所做的努力。
