摘 要: | 目的:探讨案例教学法在医学统计学教学中的应用效果,并对其教学效果进行评价.方法:随机抽取两个班作为A组和B组,采用前后交叉设计,两组分别使用案例教学法和传统教学法,前、后两部分分别进行问卷调查,期末进行闭卷考试.结果:课程前半部分A组(案例教学法)比B组(传统教学法)肯定案例教学法的教学效果;后半部分结果比较相近.期末考试成绩传统教学模式部分得分均低于案例教学法.结论:案例教学法应用于医学统计学提高了教学质量,培养了学生自主学习能力和合作沟通能力,实现了教学双向交流.

Abstract: | Objective : To explore application of case-based teaching method in medical statistics, and to evaluate its teaching effective- ness. Methods: Group A and group B,were selected randomly from 2007 grade students. All chapters were divided into two parts. Students in group A were taught with case-based teaching in the first part and with traditional teaching method in the later part. Students in group B were taught with the traditional teaching method in the first part and with case-based teaching in the later part. They were surveyed by questionnaire and tested in the end of the term. Results : There are significant differences between group A and group B in the first part. Group A is better than group B. For the later part of the chapters, there are no significant differences between group A and group B. Conclusion: Case-based teaching method can improve the teaching quality. Case-based teaching method can en- courage students to think independently and cultivate their autonomous learning ability, and can really communicate between teachers and students. |
