七年制学生在实习中遇到的问题及分析

目的:通过调查了解2006级七年制学生临床实习中遇到的问题,探讨提高临床实习效率的方法。方法:通过电子邮件发放问卷的方式调查我院2006级七年制的全部学生,了解他们实习中遇到的困难。结果:2006级七年制的32名学生中有30名接受调查。其中有17人实习目标不太明确,4人甚至很茫然,部分学生对临床实习兴趣降低。15人定科过早,以致疏忽其他科室的实习,部分学生甚至存在仅在单一科室实习的现象。学生与学生,学生与老师的交流状况都不理想,还有半数同学反映临床动手机会很受限制。讨论:规范临床实习,建立完整的考评制度和实习计划,可以帮助医学生更好的完成临床实习,提高学习效率。

Analysis of problems from long term medical students encountered in clinical practice

Objective: To analyze the problems encountered in the clinical practice by surveying the long term medical students of 2006 grade and to find out methods to improve their practice.Methods: Questionnaires were sent out by email to investigate students in 2006 grade,and to understand difficulties met in the clinical practice.Results: There were 32 students in whom 30 received our survey.17 students were not very clear about their goals,and even 4 students were vacant and some classmates reduced their interest.15 students selected their major subjects so early that they ignored the practice in other departments.A very small part of students even just practiced in only one department.Thoughts communication between students and students,or between students and teachers are not ideal.Half of the students feel that chances of operation are very limited.Conclusions: Making rules for clinical practice,establishing complete evaluation system and drawing study plan are very necessary,which can help to finish their clinical practice and improve their effects of study.
