PBL教学法在医疗系本科生口腔临床实习中的应用

摘    要:将PBL法引入医疗系本科生的口腔临床实习教学,通过出科考试、调查问卷和学生心得体会评价其教学效果。研究结果显示,PBL组的出科考试成绩明显优于传统教学组。PBL法教学有助于培养学生的临床思维方式和独立解决临床问题的能力,提高学习成绩,是一种适合于口腔临床实习特点的教学模式。

Abstract:The PBL teaching method has been applied to the stomatology practice teaching for undergraduate students of cling cal specialty. Compared with the traditional teaching method by tests, questionnaires and experiences, the results show that the students of the PBL group make higher scores, especially on the clinical case analyses. It has proved that the PBL teaching method contribute to the training of the clinical thought and the ability to solve the clinical issues independently. This method helps students make higher scores in the examinations and is a right way for the undergraduate students of clinical specialty in the stomatology practice.
