基于网络的PBL教学法在诊断学实践技能教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨基于网络PBL教学方法在诊断学实践技能教学中应用效果。方法:对实验组和对照组分别采用基于网络的PBL教学方法和传统教学法,结合理论和实践技能考试,对教学效果评估。结果:两组的理论课考试成绩相比无显著差异,实验组学生的实践技能考试成绩和总成绩均优于对照组。结论:基于网络的PBL教学法可提高学生的考试成绩,有助于提高诊断学教学质量。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the teaching effects of based on network PBL teaching mode in diagnostics practice teaching. Method: 200 students were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly. The experimental group used PBL teaching method based on the network, and the control group used the traditional teaching method. Through the theory and the practice skill the teaching effect was evaluated. Results: The cores of theory test in both groups have no remarkable difference in comparison, while the experimental group students' practice skill score and the overall result surpass the control group' s. Conclusion : PBL teaching mode based on network has an obvious advantage in the teaching of diagnostics practice teaching.
