| 摘 要： | 本文对国内外高等教育成本和效益研究进行了简单回顾。分析了教育成本、效益的概念、构成、分类，介绍了国际上较为先进的成本计算方法，论述了高等教育效益研究的现状和成果，提出了目前高等教育成本效益研究中存在的问题，并对我国高等教育成本和效益研究进行了深入的探讨，提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the researches on comprehensive assessment of costs and effectiveness in higher education at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the concept, structures and sorts, the authors introduces the international advanced methods of calculations of the costs. On the base of recounting the status quo and production on comprehensive assessment of costs and effectiveness in higher education, the paper poses the problems in research. The authors probe into the researches and provide the measures to improve the comprehensive assessment of costs and effectiveness in higher education in our country. |
