| 摘 要： | 培养医学生的就业竞争力有利于促进医学生实现职业的“可持续发展”与高等医学院校的发展。当前，医学生的就业竞争力比较低，具体体现在：医学理论功底不扎实、临床实践技能不强、人文素养薄弱、求职能力欠缺等方面。培养医学生的就业竞争力可以从以下几个方面着手：构建医学生“就业竞争力”的评价体系、加快医学院校的教学改革、开展人文素质教育、完善就业指导体系的建设。
