新世纪卫生管理教育的现状分析与发展对策的探讨

摘    要:目前我国开展卫生管理学历教育的高校有101所,办学层次迅速向高层次教育发展。但是在教学上还存在一些问题如:培养目标不够明确;课程结构不合理,没有脱离医学教育模式;专业课内容滞后,跟不上时代发展;教材知识陈旧,实用性不强;教师数量不足,缺乏实践经验。发展对策是:调整培养目标;优化课程结构;编写理论新、实用性强的教材;加强师资队伍建设,提高实践能力;稳定规模、协调发展、逐步推进。

Abstract:Now there are 101 colleges and universities carrying out health management education in China. The school level has developed rapidly to the high-level education. However,there are still some problems, such as lack of a clear training objectives; irrational course structure, failing to separate from medical education model;lag in contents of courses, failing to keep up with the development of the times ; knowledge of teaching materials are out of date with less practicality;the number of teachers is not enough and their practical experience is lacking. The countermeasures are to adjust the training objectives,optimize the structure of the curriculum, compile of the new theory, compile practical teaching materials, strengthen the ranks of teaching staff, improve the ability to practice,stabilize the scale and coordinate the development in a gradual manner.
