基层单位对军医大学本科学员工作满意率引发的思考

目的：对军医大学本科学员分配政策提出建议，确实提高我军基层单位的医疗水平。方法：比较近三年来某军医大学本科毕业学员分配至基层的比例以及基层用人单位对真的满怠率。结果：某军医大学近三年分配至基层的学员比例逐渐增大，但基层用人单位的满意率并不高。结论：军医大学本科学员毕业分配采取先到中心医院以上的大单位工作几年，再到基层服务，最后再回到原单位的政策，能够较好的实现卫生人力资源的合理分配和充分利用，确实提高我军医疗卫生事业的质量和水平。

Reflection on grass roots units' satisfaction rates with military medical university graduates' jobs
