新型教学体系在生物信息学中的探索与实践

摘    要:学科交融是现代科学的趋势、当今高等教育的难点。以生物信息学为教学平台,研究交叉学科的创新性教学。创立以专业背景为基础、整合型教学大纲为主线、创新型教学内容为载体、大实验体系为抓手、"多样性教学模式"为工具的新型教学体系。该体系能发挥学生学习积极性、协同性和创造性,提升学生学习、科研、应用能力,对提高交叉学科的教学质量有很强的借鉴意义。

Exploration and practice of innovative teaching system in bioinformatics

Abstract:Discipline interaction is the trend of modern science and is also the difficult point of higher education nowadays.This paper studies the innovation teaching in cross disciplines in virtue of bioinformatics as platform.It has been found that the innovation teaching system takes specialty background as basis and integrative syllabus as focus and innovation teaching content as carrier and all-around experiment system as means and diversity teaching pattern as instrument.The system can bring into play students' positivity and creativity.At the same time it can also enhance students' ability of learning,research and application.The system has a very strong meaning to improving teaching quality of cross discipline.
