Exploration and practice of innovative teaching system in bioinformatics

Discipline interaction is the trend of modern science and is also the difficult point of higher education nowadays.This paper studies the innovation teaching in cross disciplines in virtue of bioinformatics as platform.It has been found that the innovation teaching system takes specialty background as basis and integrative syllabus as focus and innovation teaching content as carrier and all-around experiment system as means and diversity teaching pattern as instrument.The system can bring into play students＇ positivity and creativity.At the same time it can also enhance students＇ ability of learning,research and application.The system has a very strong meaning to improving teaching quality of cross discipline.
