摘    要:问题式学习(PBL)是基于现实世界的问题、以学生为中心的教育方式。在临床教学实践中,采用PBL教学法是在内科学临床见习中一项有实践意义的措施,有助于提高学生的主动学习积极性、培养学生临床思维方法、提高学习效果。

Abstract:PBL is a method in which learners are progressively given more responsibility for their own education,based on real world problems to stimulate learning,and to integrate and organize learned information.In clinical practice teaching of cardiologic medicine,PBL,which is helpful to improving the students' learning enthusiasm and the study effect,and to training their clinic thought,has been proved to be an effective tool.
