| 摘 要： | 目的：观察派力奥软膏治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法：214例智齿冠周炎患者,随机分组,治疗组在常规冲洗后局部使用派力奥软膏治疗,对照组常规冲洗后局部用碘甘油,口服抗菌素,用药48-72小时观察疗效。结果：两组疗效差异有显著性P〈0.05。结论：派力奥治疗智齿冠周炎安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the treatment effect of PERO on pericoronitis.Methods： 214 pericoronitis cases were randomly divided into treatment class and comparison class.The treatment class was treated with PERO after local routine washing and the comparison class was treated with iodine glycerin and given antibiotics.The treatment effect was observed in 48-72 hours.Results： The two classes＇ treatment effect is noticeably different P0.05.Conclusion： PERO is effective and safe in treating pericoronitis. |
