| 摘 要： | 文章以助产专业人才岗位任务分析为先导,分析完成岗位任务所需的职业素质和职业能力,确定了培养规格、课程设置、课程教学大纲及教材、教学运行计划、评价体系等,构成了高职助产专业人才培养的课程体系。

| Abstract: | In this paper the job responsibilities of midwifery personnel are analyzed at first hand,then the professional quality and competence needed for midwifes to fulfill their job duties are formulated,and then the training specification,courses design,courses outline and textbooks,courses teaching plan and assessment systems are established,so that the courses system of higher vocational major in midwifery has been built up. |
