不同学历护生职业认同和学习动机的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:调查分析不同学历护生职业认同和学习动机的相关性。方法:采用护生职业认同问卷、学习动机问卷对山东省某高校1537名护生进行调查。结果:不同学历护生职业认同评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),专科>专升本>本科;不同学历护生学习动机评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),专升本>专科>本科;护生职业认同与学习动机呈正相关(r=0.550,P<0.001)。结论:护理教育工作者应分层次开展职业思想教育,尤以提高本科护生的职业认同和学习动机为主。

Correlation between professional identity and learning motivation in nursing students with different educational backgrounds

Abstract:Objective:To investigate and analyze the correlation between professional identity and learning motivation of nursing students with different academic backgrounds.Methods:1537 nursing students from a university in Shandong province were investigated by questionnaire of professional identity and learning motivation of nursing students.Results:The professional identity scores of nursing students with different educational backgrounds showed statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The scores of learning motivation of nursing students with different educational backgrounds were significantly different(P<0.001).Professional identity of nursing students was positively correlated with learning motivation(R=0.550,P<0.001).Conclusion:Nursing educators should carry out vocational ideological education at different levels,especially to improve the professional identity and learning motivation of undergraduate nursing students.
