研究生创新能力的结构及其差异

摘    要:在问卷设计、调查和统计分析的基础上,对研究生创新能力的结构及不同类型研究生创新能力的差异进行了探索性的初步研究。结果表明:自学能力、研究组织能力,人际表达能力、理论构思能力和前沿把握能力形成了研究生创新的能力结构。不同学科,学位和年级的研究生在创新能力诸层面均存在着显著差异,男女研究生在研究组织能力和前沿方面存在差异,在职与非在职研究生在自学能力、研究组织能力和人际表达能力方面存在差异。

Abstract:Based on questionnaire survey and statistic analysis,the study analyzed the structure of the graduate innovation competence and its difference among different type of graduates. The results of study showed: The basic structure of the innovation competence of the graduate consists of self-study, research and organizing, social contact, theoretical construction and the grasp of the advanced knowledge. Graduates of different subjects, degrees and grades have different effects on the innovation competence. Male and female graduates have different effects on organizing and the grasp of the advanced knowledge. Full-time and part-time graduates have different effects on self-study, research and organizing, social contact.
