对医学教育改革背景下临床实践教学的思考

目前我国医学院校传统的三段式课程设置模式已不适应现代医学发展的要求,亟待改革。而临床实践教学的加强无疑是改革的一个极其重要的方面。依照临床医学发展规律,以优化改革临床实践教学体系、教学环节为切入点,对临床实践教学进行了初步探讨,力求临床实践教学效果与医学教育目标的统一。

On enhancing clinical teaching in reform of medical education

With the development of the modern medicine,the traditional "three-section" curricular system has failed to meet the requirements.Clinical teaching, as an important aspect in the reform,undoubtedly needs to be particularly emphasized.In order to improve the clinical teaching quality,this paper offers some ideas on the reform of clinical teaching system and procedures,with a view to achieving unity between clinical teaching results and goals of medical teaching.
