| 摘 要： | 初步临床能力包括临床思维和表达、一般急症的急救及处理、系统规范的体格检查等能力的培养是我国本科医学教育标准之一。提高学生临床实践能力，一直是医学院校的努力目标。该研究通过调查分析杭州师范大学2010届临床医学专业毕业生临床技能掌握的情况，进一步探讨实践能力培养的方法。

| Abstract: | The elementary clinical practice abilities,including good clinical ideation and expression,dealing with emergency and normative medical examination, are the main objective of medical undergraduate education.This paper discloses the deficiency of practice skills of respondents and the reason of this phenomenon based on the graduates of clinical medicine and explores a better model for the capability building of students. |
