国内外护理学硕士研究生培养目标比较研究

目的：通过对国内外高校护理硕士研究生培养目标的比较和分析，研究探索我国护理学硕士研究生教育培养目标的定位。方法：调研国内外高校护理硕士研究生培养目标，列举分析了美国及我国5所高校护理硕士研究生培养目标。结果：国外护理研究生培养目标统一，层次清楚，专业特色明显。国内护理研究生培养目标缺乏统一性、专业性、规范性和目的性，各院校自成体系。结论：我国护理硕士研究生培养目标仍需在实践中不断研究和完善。

Study and comparison of different training goals for domestic and overseas nursing postgraduates

Objective：To compare and analyze the training goals for domestic and overseas nursing postgraduates, and research the target position of the training goals for China＇s nursing postgraduates. Methods：The training goals for domestic and over seas nursing postgraduates were invested and studied, and the training goal for nursing post-graduates of the United States and 5 Chinese colleges were enumerated and analyzed. Results ：The overseas postgraduates training goals have the unity of the objectives, clear-level ,obvious professional characteristics. But Chinese college training goals lack of the unification, professional, canonical,purposeful and objective and they are self-sufficient institutions. Conclusion：the Chinese college training goals for nursing postgraduate still need to be researched and improved in practice.
