模拟考核法在护理技能教学评价中的应用

摘    要:将模拟考核法应用于护理技能教学评价中。通过对照研究,发现模拟考核比传统的操作考核更能全面评价护生的临床护理能力。而评价方式的改变促进了护理技能教学方法的优化,激发了师生教与学的积极性,有利于培养护生的沟通能力、应急应变能力、临床思维能力,从而提高护生的综合素质。

Abstract:In the application of the simulated exam method in teaching evaluation of nursing skills,through comparison,it has been found that the simulated exam method is superior to the traditional manipulation exam method in comprehensive evaluation of clinical nursing manipulation ability of nursing students.The change of evaluation model has accelerated the optimization of the teaching method of nursing skills,and it inspires the teachers and students' enthusiasm for teaching and learning.It is propitious to training the ability of communication,taking urgent measures and clinical ideation,accordingly it can increase the comprehensive makings of nursing students.
