The development of those schools should rely on the distinctive characteristics. In order to form obvious school running features gradually,local colleges and universities＇ managers should use the experiences of famous universities at home and abroad for reference, optimize the school running concept and mode,emphasize the construction of key subjects and teaching staff, and run the school in a scientific way.
