高等医学教育中开设医患沟通学课程的探索

在我国向市场经济过渡的社会转型期 ,医患关系陡然紧张 ,原因涉及观念、国情、体制、法制、医疗方式等。在高等医学教育中开设医患沟通学必修课程意义重大。广泛的医患纠纷使患者及社会人群和医务人员都迫切需要沟通 ,需要确定共同利益 ,重建合作信任关系。医学人才的培养、医患融洽、医学发展和模式变革等更需要搭建“医患沟通”这个新的研究平台 ,由医患双方共同实践探索 ,共同完善其理论体系。同时 ,医患沟通实践探索的过程就是临床教师、医务和卫生人员提高医学人文素质和实践能力并走向成熟的必由之路。
