| 摘 要： | 基于问题的学习（PBL）自20世纪50年代在医学教育中应用以来，目前已成为国际上较流行的一种教学方法，本文着重从师生角色的变化角度来进一步探讨PBL的特征，以寻求如何更好的推行PBL．改进医学教学方法，使未来的教学活动更加有效，从而使学生更快的达到全球医学教育的基本要求。

| Abstract: | Since 1950s,PBL has been used in medical education and now it is a popular teaching method in the world higher education.From the view of the change of the instructor' and the learner's roles,this paper emphatically probes into the characteristics of PBL to find the way of practicing PBL and make the future teaching more efficient. |
