| 摘 要： | 我国要从医学教育大国向医学教育强国迈进,提高医学教育质量是核心.附属医院在医学教育中具有非常重要的地位和作用,其教学能力的强弱直接影响医学教育质量,也关乎医院的可持续发展.医学院校和附属医院都应积极采取有效措施,加强医院教学能力建设,提高临床教学质量,这是校院双方的共同需要和共同责任.
