学习哈佛经验建立基础医学整合课程体系的实践

摘    要:中国医科大学借鉴了美国哈佛大学医学院的课程改革经验,在临床医学专业基础阶段以实验方式实施了基础医学课程整合。经过三年多的初步实践,建立了相应的组织实施方法。实践效果表明,学生和教师对整合课程的态度是积极的;部分整合课程学生考试成绩的初步分析有利于整合课程的改革。但整合课程在内容融合程度等方面还存在一些问题,需经过进一步实践来完善。

Abstract:Studying the experience of curriculum changing in Harvard Medical School of the USA, China Medical University has implemented the integrated courses in basic medical sciences at pre-clinical stage on the speciality of clinical medicine. Through three years of practice, the implementing methods have been established. The results show that the attitudes of students and faculty members on the integrated courses are positive and analysis of students' examination for some courses favor the reform of the integrated courses. In general, problems exist in the blending of the contents and so on. Further practice is needed for more improvement.
