内外科整合教学在消化系统见习带教中的实践与思考

上海交通大学医学院已全面推广面向医学专业的整合课程。本学期首次采用内外科整合带教模式进行消化系统见习带教,打破了传统见习以科室为单位的带教模式,使见习课程的内容更丰富,结构更合理,更好地培养学生对疾病全貌的认识,有助于临床思维能力的提高。

Integrating internal medicine and surgery in digestive system preceptorship

The Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University has fully promoted the integrated curriculum for medical majors.In this semester,the integrated teaching mode of internal and external medicine was adopted for the first time in the teaching of digestive system preceptorship,which broke the traditional teaching mode of preceptorship with departments as the unit?made the content of the Preceptorship Course richer,the structure more reasonable,and better cultivated students'understanding of the whole picture of the disease,which was conducive to the improvement of clinical thinking ability.
