医学人文教育的使命及其改革初探

新形势下医学人文教育的良好开展对医学教育的发展、对医学生能力素质培养起着重要的作用。文章阐述了医学人文教育在培养医学生的人文关怀和技能的特殊使命,针对当前高等医学院校开展医学人文教育存在的问题,对医学人文教育的改革原则及措施进行初步探讨,认为必须以＂多方参与性、实效性、联系性、连贯性＂作为开展医学人文教育的原则,开展课堂内、外的整体改革,即：课堂内的改革主要是医学人文教育课程体系的合理构建和医学专业课程中融入人文教育;课堂外主要是校园医学人文环境的营造及医学人文教育活动的有效开展。

On mission and reformation of medical humanistic education

The development of medical humanistic education has a great effect on medical education and the quality of medical students.This thesis deals with the significant mission of medical humanistic education on the development of humanistic care and skills of medical students.What＇s more,it discusses about the reformative principles and measures of medical humanistic education on the present problems existing in the higher medical colleges.It gets to the result that the medical humane education must be launched in accordance with the principles as ＂multi-participation,effectiveness,connection and coherence＂ so as to reform the class both inside and outside.Specifically,the inside-class reformation mainly aims at the reasonable reconstruction of curriculum system and mix of medical studies and humanistic education.Meanwhile,the outside-class reformation emphasizes the effective launch of activities on medical humanistic education.
