摘    要:我校临床七年制进行的PBL教学改革取得了较好的成果,培养了学生对医学科学的热爱,提高了学生的自主学习能力、人际交往能力和团队精神。但改革强调以学生为主体的同时,以往教师的作用被大大淡化,因此有必要重申改革中教师对教学工作的热爱、忠诚、设计和责任。

Status and role of teachers in PBL teaching reform

Abstract:The PBL teaching reform in 7-year program chnical medicine in our university has achieved a better effect. It helps the students develop an interest in medical sciences, promotes their ability of autonomous learning, interpersonal communication and improves their teamwork spirit. However, as the reform stresses the leading status of students, the role of teachers has been greatly neglected. Therefore, it is necessary to reiterate teachers' love, loyalty, design and responsibility in their teaching in the reform.
