| 摘 要： | 随着研究生教育规模的不断扩大，研究生导师队伍建设中出现了从数量上难于实现同步上升、导师背景国际化、专业知识结构不舍理、科研经费不足等亟待解决的问题。因此，加强导师队伍建设，提高导师的学术和管理水平等综合素质，尤其是导师背景国际化是保证研究生创新能力培养的关键。

| Abstract: | With the undergoing expansion of postgraduates' enrolment there are some problems in the construction of supervisor team,such as supervisors shortage,insufficient internationalized supervisors,inconsequence professional knowledge,scientific research funding shortage,etc.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the supervisors to improve the whole academic and management level of supervisor team,is a key to cultivating innovative abilities of postgraduates. |
