摘    要:概述了临床教学中教学查房存在的问题,介绍了以肿瘤外科为特点的分级引导式教学查房的改革与实践,试图通过这项教改,使教学查房真正发挥在临床教学中的作用。

Abstract:This article first summarizes existing problems in teaching ward-round at clinical teaching stage, then introduces a teaching reform and practice, i.e., grade-based conductive teaching rounds, taking the teaching of surgical oncology as an example. The purpose of this reform is to exert the full efficiency of teaching ward-round in clinical teaching.
