我国医学生培养目标的实证研究

摘    要:以全国9所高等医学院校的临床医生、基础医学学科教师、医学生、病人等为调研对象,对临床医学专业五年制学生培养目标进行了探索性研究。结果表明:当前学生培养过程中受到重视的目标有8个因素,各类被试期望的培养目标有12个因素;各类被试所认知的现实培养目标与所期望的未来培养目标之间存在较大差异;被试对培养目标的认知和期望受到职业、年龄、性别、文化程度等因素影响。

Abstract:The doctors, faculties of basic medicine, medical students and patients in nine medical colleges and their teaching hospitals were inquired about the training objectives for medical students in China. The result shows that, in the medical training processes, eight main components in the objectives were attached great importance to. There were 12 components in the expected objectives shared by all the inquired individuals. A significant difference existed between the reality and expectation of training objectives. The present report also reveals that the recognition and expectation of the training objectives were affected by the occupation, age, sex and educational background of the inquired.
