浅谈医学教育中“德性”培育

医学科学突飞猛进地发展似乎成了一把双刃剑,一方面让大众享受它带来的高科技医疗治疗 手段,另一方面却出现医学目的功利化不断加剧,医学的人文精神被漠视等违背医学宗旨的 现象,使我们不得不回首审视现代医学教育中德性教育的缺失,认识到不仅要注重医学知识 的传授,更应转变教育观念,重视学生德性的培育;不仅要重视学生人格的塑造,更应加强 教师自身的德性修养、"德性"教学和道德引领作用,使医学生的内在高尚的品格、精湛的专业学识与社会环境和谐发展.
