摘    要:文章通过对美国耶鲁大学研究生教学环节的研究,对教学环节进行了系统分析,得出耶鲁大学以实用型和精英型人才培养相结合的培养模式以满足社会对不同层次人才的需求,高水平的教师团队是确保教学质量的先决条件,灵活多样的教学形式是提高教学效果的关键环节,完善的网络系统是教学效果的技术保障,严格的过程质量控制是保证教学质量的必要手段。

Abstract:Based on the study on the teaching procedures in training of postgraduates in Yale University, a system analysis of teaching procedures has been made. A conclusion is drawn that the training model which combines practical talents training with elite talents training together can meet the community needs for different levels of talents. Meanwhile, a high-level team of teachers could guarantee the quality of teaching. The flexible and diverse forms of teaching is the key to improving the effect of teaching. It also suggests that the perfect network system may provide technical support for the teaching effect and that a strict quality control in the process of teaching is necessary to ensure the teaching quality.
