论高等医药院校学生创新能力的培养

创新是时代的要求 ,培养创新人才是检验医药教育成果的主要标志 ,医药事业的发展急需具有创新能力的人才。而我国高等医药教育存在的主要问题是学生缺乏创新意识和创新能力 ,传统的教学模式改变不大 ,专业和课程狭窄 ,难以适应创新教育的要求。鉴此 ,应更新教育观念 ,提高教师创新教育能力 ,加快医药人才培养模式的改革 ,加强教学与科研、实践的结合 ,开辟培养学生创新能力的新途径。

On training innovative abilities of undergraduates in medical institutions of higher learning

Innovation is the requirement of this era. Training qualified personnel with innovative abilities is the main sign for proving medical education results. The development of medical undertakings is in dire need of qualified personnel with innovative abilities.The main problems of higher medical education in our country are:students lack innovative consciousness and abilities;traditional teaching model has not changed much,setting of specialties and courses is narrow and can not meet the needs of innovative education. Herein, education concept should be renovated. Teachers' innovative abilites should be improved. The reform on the training model of qualified medical personnel should be quickened. The combination of teaching, scientific research and practice should be strengthened. New approaches for training students' innovative abilities should be inaugurated.
