我国医疗保险人才培养模式缺陷与改进路径

我国医疗保险人才呈现数量不足、质量不高的局面，其原因在于当前培养模式存在缺陷。培养模式缺陷的根源在于医疗保险专业的特殊性以及高校院系科层制度。改变这一缺陷的关键在于制度创新，进行自上而下的改革，具体措施包括设立交叉专业中心、进行校校之间、院系之间、学界和业界之间密切合作等。

Deficiency in training talents of medical insurance and its improving channels

In our country talents of medical insurance are insu ff icient in number and not high in quality because of deficiency in training model at present, the causes of which lie in the specificity of the medical insurance specialty and the present level system of institutions of higher learning inclu ding their departments. The key to correcting the deficiency lies in the system innovation, i.e.reforming from higher levels to the grass roots with concrete me asures including setting up cross specialty center, and close co-operations betw een universities, colleges and departments, and that between academic circles an d business circles.
