中美高校毕业生就业模式的比较及启示

本文从中美两国高校毕业生就业模式的政府宏观调控、就业指导、社会中介机构、毕业生与用人单位双向选择的异同进行比较，结合未来几年我国高校半业生就业形势及问题分析，借鉴美国高校毕业生就业模式的先进经验，探索我国高校毕业生就业的新模式。
