| 摘 要： | 全国百篇优秀博士论文评选实施以来,我校共获得全国优秀博士学位论文9篇、提名论文5篇。笔者从获奖论文的生源情况、课题来源、导师情况以及获奖者所在学科点情况进行了分析,并从四个方面阐述了体会与做法：更新现念,建立创新管理模式;鼓励冒失,完善创新激励机制;优化环境,营造创新文化氛围;精心筹划,搭建创新科研平台。认真分析、总结经验,以进一步提高博士生教育质量。

| Abstract: | Ever since the first "National Excellent 100 Doctoral Dissertation" program,SMMU has had a total number of 9 winners of this award plus 5 nominees.Based on an analysis of the award winners' background,research subjects,tutors and the development of their respective field of study,the author makes an exploration into the experiences and practices from four aspects: 1.updating ideology and establishing innovation management model;2.cultivating outstanding students and perfecting innovation motivation mechanism;3.optimizing environment and building up innovative culture atmosphere;4.exquisitely planning and building innovative scientific research platform,carefully analyzing and generalizing experiences so as to further enhance the quality of doctoral students' training. |
