| 摘 要： | 随着医学教育全球化的发展，国际诊断学教学理念和模式有了突飞猛进的发展，国外的诊断学教学研究有着很多值得我们借鉴的地方，本文就国内外部分体格检查手法进行了比较，探讨诊断学教学改革的新思路。

| Abstract: | With the development of global medical education, the ideals and models of education in international diagnostics have rapidly advanced. The overseas diagnostics research is worth being used for reference. This paper analyzes the difference in physical examination chirismus at home and abroad so as to probe into the new way in diagnostics innovation. |
