贞芪扶正颗粒对抗运动性疲劳作用研究

摘    要:目的研究贞芪扶正颗粒抗疲劳作用。方法对小鼠灌胃贞芪扶正颗粒21d,以负重游泳为运动模型,测定力竭游泳时间、血红蛋白(HB)、定量负荷后血乳酸和血尿素氮(BUN)及缺氧耐受时间。结果贞芪扶正颗粒能够增加机体血红蛋白的含量,延长小鼠力竭游泳时间和耐缺氧时间,降低定量负荷后HB和BUN水平。结论贞芪扶正颗粒具有消除疲劳,提高运动能力的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule on anti-fatigue. After bewitching Zhenqi Fuzheng granule to the mouse for 21 days,this paper measured the time of tolerate hypoxia and exhausting swimming, hemoglobin,blood lactate and blood urea nitrogenous after determining charge. The results show that Zhenqi Fuzheng granule can obviously prolong exhausting swimming time and tolerate hypoxia time,increase hemoglobin, decrease blood lactate and blood urea nitrogenous level after determining intensity. So Zhenqi Fuzheng granule can raise sport capacity.
