耳穴压豆联合高压氧对产后焦虑并抑郁症患者的疗效研究

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合高压氧对产后焦虑抑郁症患者SAS等量表评分的影响。方法将148例产后焦虑抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各74例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加用耳穴压豆联合高压氧，在治疗2个月后对两组的疗效及焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDs）和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDs）评分进行比较。结果观察组疗效及焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDS）评分均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用耳穴压豆联合高压氧对产后焦虑抑郁症具有较好的效果，可显著提高产妇的生活质量。

THE EFFECT OF THE COMBINED USE OF EAR PRESSURE BEANS AND HYPERBARIC OXYGEN ON POSTNATAL ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

Objective To explore the effect of the combined use of ear pressure beans and hyperbaric oxy- gen on postnatal anxiety and depression graded with SAS. Methods 148 cases of postnatal anxiety and de- pression were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 74 patients in each group. The former received conventional care, the latter received the combined use of ear pressure beans and hyperbaric oxygen in addition to the routine care. After 2 months of treatment, the scores of the two groups was graded with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale （EPDS）. Results The curative effect in the observation group and the scores got from SAS, SDS and EPDS score were all higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined use of ear pressure beans and hyperbaric oxygen to the treatment can produce good effect on postpartum anxiety and depression and can improve the quality of life of puerperal.
