| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高压氧治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果.方法 将120例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用雌激素替代疗法,观察组采用多人氧舱面罩吸氧法治疗.比较两者患者治疗前、后的血浆雌二醇、黄体生成激素、卵泡刺激素及kuppermann评分.结果 观察组雌二醇高于对照组(P<0.01),黄体生成激素、卵泡雌激素及kuppermann评分均低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 高压氧治疗妇女围绝经期综合征是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗手段.
