| 摘 要： | 本文对单纯性肥胖的儿童作了血糖、血脂及胰岛素的测定。结果表明：单纯性肥胖的儿童比正常儿童的甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和胰岛素（Ｉｎｓｕｌｉｎ）水平显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１），空腹血糖胆固醇（ＴＣｈ）水平正常。提示对单纯性肥胖的儿童要减少糖和脂类的摄取，加强体育锻炼，以控制肥胖防止并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | This article reports the determination of the blood sugar,blood lipid and insulin of the children with simple obesity. The children with this disease have more triglyceride and insulin in their bodies than the healthy children(p<0.01),while the patients' fasting blood-glucose cholesterol remain normal. The less intaking of carbohydrate and lipid and the frequent physical exercise play an important role in preventing the obesity and its complications. |
