可溶性 B7-H 4在子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨可溶性B7-H4（sB7-H4）在子宫内膜异位症（EM ）患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法用ELISA夹心法检测58例子宫内膜异位症患者手术前后、27例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及36例健康女性血清中 sB7-H4的含量。结果子宫内膜异位症患者血清sB7-H4水平为（39．45±6．21）μg/L明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤患者（31．56±6．15）μg/L、体检健康者（30．85±5．57）μg/L （ P ＜0．05）及其术后（33．48±5．46）μg/L （ P ＜0．05），且各期EM 患者血清sB7-H4水平之间有统计学差异（ P ＜0．05）。结论可溶性B7-H4与子宫内膜异位症的发病有关，且随着病情进展逐渐升高，检测sB7-H4对子宫内膜异位症的辅助诊断及疗效观察具有重要的临床意义。

THE EXPRESSION OF SERUM SOLUBLE B 7-H4 (SB7-H4) IN ENDOMETRIOSIS PATIENTS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCES

Objective To investigate the expression of serum soluble B7-H4 （sB7-H4） in endometriosis patients and its clinical significances .Methods ELISA Sandwich method was applied to test the concentra-tion of sB7-H4 in serum of 58 cases of endometriosis before and after operation ,27 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 36 healthy female cases .Results The serum sB7-H4 levels were （39 .45 ± 6 .21）μg/L in patients with endometriosis ,（31 .56 ± 6 .15）μg/L in patients with benign ovarian tumor ,（30 .85 ± 5 .57）μg/L in healthy controls ,and （33 .48 ± 5 .46μg/L） in patients with endometriosis after surgical treatment （ P〈 0 . 05） .There was significant difference in the level of sB7-H4 in patients with endometriosis at different sta-ges（ P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion The serum soluble B7-H4 （sB7-H4） is correlated with the occurrence of endo-metriosis and its level increases with the progress of the disease ,and the detection of sB7-H4 has impor-tant significance for the auxiliary diagnosis of endometriosis .
